This wine is made from 100% estate-grown fruit. Our vines are sheltered in the foothills of Carter’s mountain in the Monticello American Viticultural Area (AVA).

Vintage Notes:

After a good start to the growing season, the hot and dry summer led to early flavor development and ripeness, which allowed us to pick one week earlier than expected in August.

Winemaker's Notes:

Our Blanc de Noir brut sparkling wine is made via Méthode Champenoise with our estate grown Pinot Noir. The grapes are handpicked at night and pressed right away to avoid any color extraction and to preserve the fruit. After a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrel aging, the wine gains in complexity by aging on lees in the bottle for 36 months.
