Vineyard Notes
This wine is made from 100% estate-grown fruit. Our vines are sheltered in the foothills of Carter’s Mountain in the Monticello American Viticultural Area (AVA). The Sauvignon Blanc vineyard was planted in 2006 on mid-slope Rabun clays.
Winemaker Notes
An early harvest pick of the 3 champagne grape varieties we grow on the estate make up this blend we call Trinity. Because of the early harvest date, the wine has a bright acidity and liveliness with a lower alcohol level. This "nouveau style" translates to an everyday drinking wine that should be enjoyed at picnics, beaches, and anytime the need for a refreshing wine arises.
