By joining the Trump Winery Wine Club,

I authorize Trump Winery to charge my credit card four (4) times a year with a minimum of three shipments for the duration of this membership;

I certify that the recipient and I are at least 21 years of age;

I understand that processed Club shipments are not eligible for refund;

I understand that I must give at least 48 hours' notice before the next Club shipment in order to cancel my membership before that quarter's processing;

I understand that shipping costs are not included in the quarterly fee and are determined by delivery locale and number of bottles shipped.

I understand that shipments are delivered via common carrier and require the signature of an adult at least 21 years of age. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

I understand that once a shipment has been processed, it is the responsibility of the member to coordinate with the common carrier on delivery customization, including change of delivery address. 

I understand that I may cancel my membership after a minimum of three quarterly shipments.  Discontinuing my membership prior to receipt of three consecutive allotments will result in a $50 early termination fee.
