Tasting Notes

This limited wine club only realease shows classic pinot noir aromas of cherry, pomegrante and vanilla. It is velvety and round having a medium to light body with balanced acidity well integrated tannins.

Winemaker Notes

Estate Pinot Noir was picked at peak ripeness then crushed and underwent a cold soak for 36 hours before primary fermentation. The wine was fermented with punch downs every 4 hours until the wine was dry after 14 days. It then aged in 2 year old french oak barrels for 18 months before filtration and bottling.
