Sparkling Blanc de Blanc Magnum
This brut sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay, using the traditional French Méthode Champenoise. The nose begins with green apple, brioche and slight pear. On the mouth there is crisp acidity with citrus notes. Pair with mild cheeses, scallops, or serve as an aperitif.

Vineyard Notes
This wine is from 100% estate grown fruit. Our vines are sheltered in the foothills of Carter’s Mountain in the Monticello American Viticultural Area (AVA).
Winemaker Notes
Made in the Méthode Champenoise, this sparkling wine is made from Trump Winery’s best Chardonnay grapes. The grapes were hand-picked in small baskets and pressed gently using a Champagne press. Only the cuvée (first press) was fermented in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, the wine was aged on its lees for over 36 months to gain more complexity. A very low dosage was added at disgorging to complement the wine’s freshness.
